Estranged Queen of Alaafin of Oyo reveals she doesn’t miss the palace.

Earlier this year, Badirat Ajoke, popularly known as Queen Ola announced her divorce from the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III. It was alleged that she left the palace as a result of some cheating scandals and jealousy from a couple of her fellow Queens.

Yesterday however, Badirat affirmed that she is no longer a Queen as she responded to several individuals via her social media platform, Instagram. She particularly told one she does not miss the palace.

Although the former queen has continued to claim that she willingly left the palace, some sources claim that Badirat was asked to leave the palace due to her claimed involvement with Mayegun of Oyo, popular Nigerian musician, Wasiu Ayinde which led to her exit from the palace.

Badirat engaged in a question and answer session where she gave room for individuals to ask her questions.

One individual asked Badirat, ‘‘Do you miss the palace?” Badirat however responded by saying; ”No”. 

Another individual went on to ask if she would marry a younger king if given a chance. Her response to this question was; ‘‘Not again”.

Badirat further disclosed through another response that she was no longer a Queen in Alaafin’s Kingdom.
