Cut the goat meat into small pieces, leaving the skin on.
Season the meat with salt, thyme, and stock cubes.
Roast or smoke the meat until it is cooked through.
Chop habanero peppers and onions and mix them with the cooked meat.
Add vegetable oil to the mixture to give it a nice glow.
Stir well until the pepper is evenly distributed on the meat.
The recipe can be adjusted to taste, with some recipes calling for additional spices or ingredients such as paprika.
Prepare pepper sauce with the mixed ingredients. When it is almost done pour your roasted goat meat into the mix and stir.
