RB Salzburg Sign Stefan Bajcetic From Liverpool

Red Bull Salzburg has signed midfielder, Stefan Bajcetic on loan from Liverpool for the rest of the 2024-25 season.

The 19-year-old Spaniard has played 22 times for Liverpool since his debut in August 2022, but only made three appearances last season.

He missed much of the campaign with a thigh injury sustained in March 2023 and has not been in the squad for Liverpool’s opening two Premier League games under new head coach Arne Slot.

At the Austrian club, he will be managed by Pep Lijnders, who was an assistant coach at Liverpool under former manager Jurgen Klopp.
