5 reasons your breasts are saggy
A lot of women experience saggy breasts as they become older. This has caused low self esteem in most women, thus they look for creams and artificials to correct their breasts.
These creams hardly work because saggy breasts are caused by natural factors. There are several reasons why breasts may sag, and some of the most common factors include:
Aging: As women age, the ligaments that make up the breast tissue stretch and lose elasticity, resulting in compromised breast fullness and a diminished underlying support system.
Gravitational pull: Years of gravitational pull, especially on women with larger breasts, can cause sagging.
Lack of proper support: Wearing an ill-fitting bra can lead to the breasts drooping over time.
Smoking: Carcinogens in cigarette smoke cause elastin to break down in the body, leading to sagging breasts.
Sunburn: Ultraviolet rays damage the skin and cause loss of elasticity.
Other factors that can contribute to breast sagging include sudden weight loss and gain, lack of vitamins C and B, and menopause.
While some of these factors may be out of our control, there are steps women can take to help prevent or slow down the process of breast sagging, such as maintaining a healthy weight, wearing properly fitted bras, and avoiding smoking.
