Ooni Of Ife Celebrates 5th Coronation Annivasary With Youths

Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife celebrated his Coronation Annivasary on Monday, December 7th.

He shared photos beautiful from the events which was graced by many youths, one of which was Seyi Aeolowo, Big brother Nigeria Star, on Tuesday.

In his social media post he expressed how he enjoyed spending the day with youths.

I was glad and fulfilled as I celebrated my day with my sons and daughters all across the nation.

“My commitment to you the youths of Nigeria are uncompromised, whatever door you need open, I am ready and able to bring them down on your behalf,”  he wrote

The Ooni added that five years on the throne of his fathers have been “a journey of grace through the guidance of the Almighty.”

As part of activities marking the anniversary, the revered monarch will on Wednesday spend time with children.

The celebration will climax on Sunday with a thanksgigving service at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Ayegbaju in Ile-Ife.
