Dele Alli Joins Everton From Tottenham

Everton has signed a contract with midfielder Dele Alli from Tottenham Hotspur until the end of June 2024, the club disclosed this on Tuesday.

The England international, has played 269 times and bagged 67 goals for Spurs after joining in February 2015, he is to make his Everton debut against Newcastle in the Premier League next Tuesday.

He’s new manager Frank Lampard’s first permanent signing to the club.

On joining Everton, Dele said, “I’m delighted to have signed for Everton, a huge club with a great fanbase and history.

Dele played in just 18 games for Tottenham this season, scoring two goals and producing just one assist. His lack of playing times forced the two-time PFA Young Player of the Year to part ways with Antonio Conte’s side and join Everton, who are currently sitting 16th in the Premier League.
