CKay’s ‘Emiliana’ Gets Platinum Certification In France

Fast-rising singer, Chukwuka Ekweani, otherwise known as Ckay, has gotten another global recognition as his hit single ‘Emiliana’ bags platinum certification in France.

The Syndicat National de l’Édition Phonographique (National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing), the professional organisation in charge of French records, disclosed on their official Instagram page on Tuesday.

According to the announcement, Ckay’s song got the certification after getting an equivalent of 30 million streams in France.

Ckay also shared the announcement on his verified Instagram page.

‘Emiliana’ had bagged a gold certification in France in April after he sold 100,000 units of the song in the country.

The singer has already gotten double platinum certification in France with his global smash hit ‘Love Nwantiti’.

‘Love Nwantiti’ got over two billion views on TikTok and 500 million more on YouTube. The song has also charted on six continents, hitting No. 1 in India, Norway, and Switzerland.
