Kwara State Governor Inaugurates New Commissioners, Advisers

Governor of Kwara state, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq inaugurated two new commissioners and a special adviser on Wednesday.

The newly inaugurated commissioners are Sa’adatu Modibbo-Kawu and Abubakar  Buhari.

Cabinet returnee Modibbo-Kawu got the education portfolio again, while Buhari is to man the Ministry of Communications.

The governor also swore-in the new Special Adviser on Special Duties, Alhaji Abdul-Razhaq Jiddah.

AbdulRazaq also announced a minor cabinet reshuffle involving five commissioners: Alhaji Wahab Agbaje who moved from Ministry of Water to Energy; Mariam Hassana, from Energy to Women Affairs.

Others are Abdulmaliq Risikatulahi, from Women Affairs to Water; George Towoju, from Communication to Youth, and Adamu Jamila, from Youth Development to Planning.
