Dapo Abiodun Promises Uninterrupted Power Supply In Ogun
Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, has promised the provision of uninterrupted electricity supply if re-elected for a second term in office.
Abiodun, who made this promise during the unveiling of the All Progressives Congress state campaign council in Abeokuta on Saturday, disclosed that he had done more than enough projects to ease the work of the campaign team ahead of the election.
He added that his second term would focus on the reduction of the cost of diesel and ensure conversion of fuel to gas-powered vehicles and motorcycles.
He made it known that his administration had laid new set of water pipes across the state to replace the old ones laid over 45 years ago.
He added, “We have come up with a viable blueprint to be implemented for our second term in office. Our administration is determined to implement the supply of uninterrupted power to our major cities, towns and industrial hubs.
“Similarly, we are planning to implement Project Light-up Ogun during our second term in office”.
