24 Dies In Niger Road Accident

A  total of 24 persons lost their lives in a road accident that happened on Monday night in Lavun Local Government Area of Niger State.

The truck conveying the passengers was heading to Lagos from Zaria with 87 persons on board.

The State Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kumar Tsukwam, confirmed that 24 people were killed in the accident and those injured were rushed to Kutigi General Hospital, headquarters of Lavun local government area of the State.
