Check out how to prepare spaghetti bolognese

Preparing spaghetti Bolognese involves cooking the pasta and making the sauce. Here are the steps to make the sauce:

Cook ground beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.

Add onions and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.

Add Italian seasoning, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and some pasta water to the saucepan and mix everything together.

Let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes to develop a deep and rich flavor.

After the sauce thickens, add fresh herbs like basil and flat-leaf parsley.

Optional: add milk to the sauce to make it silkier and rich.

Optional: Add dried tomatoes to add depth of flavor.

Optional: add anchovies and white wine to the sauce for acidity and flavor.

To serve drain, and toss with the Bolognese sauce. Traditionally, tagliatelle is used, but other flat ribbon pasta like fettuccine, parpadalle, or tripoline can be used.
