Chelsea Recalls Cesare Casadei From Leicester City Loan

Chelsea have recalled midfielder Cesare Casadei from his loan spell at Leicester City.

The 21-year-old, who joined Chelsea in August 2022, has made 25 appearances for the Foxes this season and scored a total of three goals.

In a statement on the club website, Leicester said: “He leaves with the best wishes of everyone at the football club.”

Casadei is yet to make his senior debut for Chelsea but has made 13 appearances for the club’s under-21 side.

He gained invaluable experience during his loan tenure in the Midlands and will hope to use his experiences to forge a path in Pochettino’s senior team.
