Davido fulfils his N300 million promise to orphanage

Sensational Nigerian singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has finally fulfilled his N300 million yearly donation to orphanages.

Davido earlier revealed that his foundation pledged to donate N300 million to orphanages across Nigeria. He noted that details of the disbursement will be announced soon.

His statement was met with both criticism and praises.

“I and my foundation pledge the sum of 300 million Naira to orphanages around Nigeria,” Davido had stated on his media page. as my annual gift to the country ❤️.. payment details are due tomorrow”, Davido wrote.

Reacting to this a fan claimed the singer is doing eye service.

“This guy reminds me of that movie ‘She must be obeyed…Oju Aiye sha”, the fan commented.

Reacting to this, Davido revealed that he has credited his foundation account.

He wrote: “FOUNDATION ACCOUNT CREDITED…. More details to follow soon.”
