Abaribe States That Criminals Coming Into Nigeria Must Be Waved Off
Lawmaker Abaribe has announced during a plenary on Wednesday that criminal elements coming into Nigeria must be flushed out as means to curb insecurity.
The lawmaker categorically talked about claims that some citizens were currently being chased away from various regions of the country, he also stated that only criminals have been sent out of the forests from where they have been unleashing several troubles on innocent citizens.
According to him; “No Nigerian is being sent away from anywhere, criminals are being sent away from the forest where they are”.
He encouraged his fellow lawmakers to be careful of making insensitive speeches and also mentioned that the solution to the issue of insecurity is to make sure that every criminal element coming into Nigeria different regions is flushed out.
The high level of crimes in the country has continued to be a major concern for many Nigerians.
On Wednesday, 10th of February, the insecurity across the nation was the main discussion within the National Assembly, with legislators within both chambers resolving to call on President Muhammadu Buhari to refix the security structure of the country by taking more intentional steps to curb the insecurity in the country.
