All Stars was for Ceecee - Noble Igwe says

On-air media personality, Noble Igwe has revealed that Cynthia Nwodiora also known as CeeC is the supposed winner of the Big Brother Naija All Stars show.

Noble Igwe in a tweet on X noted that the All Stars show was for CeeC. He added that his observation is a story for another day.
