Breaking: Singer Wizkid Loses Mother

It is a trying time for celebrated Nigerian musician, Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid, as his mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun died in the early hours of Friday morning. Read also 

According to report, Mrs Balogun passed away at around 1:30 a.m on Friday, August 18th 2023. Even though the occurrence was not disclosed immediately.

The news was confirmed by Sunday Aare, manager to Wizkid while speaking with The Punch Newspaper. Read also 

“Yes, she died this morning, at about 1.30 am”, he said.

Mrs Janet Balogun is survived by children and grand children. May God give the singer and the entire family fortitude to bear the loss. Read also
