D’Banj Meets Sanwo-Olu Ahead of New Album Launch

Nigerian music star, Oladapo Oyebanjo popularly known as D’Banj, paid a courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the State House. The visit, highlighted by a video shared on X.com by the governor’s Special Assistant on New Media, Jubril Gawat, comes ahead of the launch of D’Banj’s new album, “The Entertainer: D’Sequel,” which will be released on Friday.

During the visit, D’Banj presented a commemorative plaque to Governor Sanwo-Olu in honor of the album’s launch. The upcoming album is a continuation of his previous work, following the recent release of “Koko,” and continues to build on the momentum from his track “Since’04,” which marked his 20-year milestone in the music industry.
