Garri pudding is a West African dessert made from fermented cassava, also known as garri. It is a traditional way of drinking Garri. Here are the steps to make garri pudding:

Soak the garri in water for about 10 minutes until it softens.

Drain the water from the gari and add coconut milk, sugar, and spices (such as nutmeg or cinnamon) to the garri.

Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.

Pour the mixture into a pot and cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pot, remove it from the heat.

Pour the garri pudding into a bowl or individual serving dishes and let it cool to room temperature.

Serve the garri pudding chilled or at room temperature, garnished with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.

Garri pudding can also be made with tapioca instead of garri. Additionally, you can add cocoa powder to make chocolate Garri pudding.
