Hip-Hop Producer Traxamillion Dies At 43
Traxamillion, the American Hip-hop producer who was an important force behind the hyphy sound, has lost his life aged 43.
It was reported that the blog Thizzler on the Roof initially broke the news of Traxamillion’s death in a tweet, writing … “Rest In Peace @traxamillion The San Jose producer who helped create the “Hyphy” sound died today. This is a huge loss for Northern California We send our condolences to his family & loved ones.
Born in San Jose, Traxamillion was instrumental in the Bay Area’s hyphy movement and is responsible for songs such as Keak da Sneak’s “Super Hyphy” and Dem Hoodstarz “Grown Man Remix.”
Traxamillion produced hits for many artists. In 2006, the producer released a compilation album called The Slapp Addict.
