How Fireboy Reached Out To Me For ‘Peru’ Remix – Ed Sheeran
Grammy award-wining British singer, Ed Sheeran, has verified that he has recorded the remix for Fireboy’s hit song, ‘Peru”.
Ed Sheeran said this in his most recent interview with Elton John on the show, ‘Rocket Hour’.
While he was being interviewed, Ed Sheeran revealed that Fireboy reached out to him through the founder of SBTV, Jamal Edwards.
Concerning the remix, Ed Sheeran stated, “So I got sent this a week ago. A friend of mine, Jamalwho runs SBTV sent it to me. He said,’Fireboy DML would love you on the remix of this song.’
“It’s a song that’s blowing up in Nigeria and Ghana at the moment and their club scene runs over Christmas.
“So you basically put a song to the club in the middle of December, which would seem a weird thing to do in England. But yeah, I’ve done the remix for this song, but this is the original and it’s an earworm.
“It’s addictive, and I’m obsessed with it. I mean, Cherry will tell you, I’ve had this song on repeat constantly in the house for the last week.”
Adedamola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML thrilled his fans with his song, ‘Peru’, which was released in July.
The song was part of Fireboy’s upcoming album, the singer disclosed when it was released.
