I got paid 50k for my first ever show - Shallipopi reveals

Fastrising Nigerian musician, Shallipopi has opened up about his days of little beginning in the entertainment industry. He revealed that he was paid N50,000 for his first show.

Shallipopi made this known during an interview with Zero Conditions in which he gave his fans a picture of what his starting days and growth looks like.

According to the musician, he was paid N50,000 for his debut song titled, ‘Elon Musk’, which shot him into limelight.

He noted that even though he was paid such amount the organizers covered his flight and accommodation expenses. This marked a milestone achievement in his career.

Speaking further, Shallipopi stressed the importance of puting his career above monetary gain. He described earnings in the entertainment industry as “money we draw”.

So far Shallipopi has made remarkable achievements in his music career which includes launching his own record label and also purchase a private jet.
