Marco Veratti Signs New PSG Contract

Marco Veratti has signed a new contract with Paris Saint Germain until 2026.

The Italy international’s previous terms were due to expire at the end of the 2023-24 campaign, but he has now extended his stay at the Parc des Princes for another two seasons.

Verratti has spent over a decade in the French capital since arriving from Pescara for just €12m (£10.6m) in the summer of 2012, although he has been plagued by injuries in recent years.

Verratti has come up with 11 goals and 61 assists in 399 appearances for PSG across all competitions, including seven goals and 42 assists from 262 Ligue 1 matches.
