Samuel Chukwueze Joins AC Milan From Villarreal

Serie A side, AC Milan have announced the signing of Nigeria international, Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal.

The 24-year-old has signed a five-year deal with the club and will wear the number 21.

Chukwueze, a left-footed forward who likes to operate from the right flank, joined Villarreal in the summer of 2017 and was promoted to the first team the next year.

During his six years at the club, he made 207 appearances, scoring 37 goals and providing 31 assists.

Last season, Chukwueze had one of his most productive campaigns in a Villarreal shirt, scoring a total of 13 goals and providing 11 assists in 50 appearances. He also produced a man-of-the-match performance against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu in April, where he scored a brace and led his side to a 3-2 victory.
