Stop trying to clone me – Rema with a quick PSA to record labels

Fastrising Afrobeat artist, Divine Ikubor, whose stage name is Rema, has publicly warned record label owners in Nigeria.

He warned them to stop trying to clone him. Rema stated that record label owners should inform their stylists to desist from using his name to get clothes from brands.

He described record label owners who do such as fake celebrities. He also advised them to get creative and stop trying to clone him.

In his words,

“tell your stylist to stop sending mails to brands with my name to get clothes. I’m going to pull up to your show and step on your stage because that is my shithole. Fake celebrities, fake industry. Labels get creative. Stop trying to clone me.”
