Timini Egbuson: “Nollywood Is My Only Lover For Now”
Popular Nollywood actor, Timini Egbuson, known for his charm and talent, has revealed that his true love at the moment is the movie industry. In a chat with Saturday Beats, Egbuson disclosed that he is currently single and fully devoted to his craft.
“I am not in love with anyone; I am only in love with Nollywood—my craft and what I do on screen,” he said.
On Love and Relationships
Sharing his perspective on love, the actor described it as a beautiful but complex experience. “Love is a beautiful thing, and I portray it a lot in my films,” he said. “But I feel like when you’re falling in love, try and fall in love scared. Don’t overthink it because love is actually a good thing, despite the fact that it can have its ups and downs.”
Cherished Christmas Memories
Looking back on his childhood, Egbuson reminisced about his most memorable Christmas celebrations. “The most memorable Christmas I’ve ever had was when I was a kid. I remember the knockouts (fireworks) and how simple life was back then. There wasn’t social media, and it just felt like a happier time,” he said.
Despite acknowledging the joy of the present, he fondly recalled the innocence and excitement of his younger years.
Holiday Plans
For the holiday season, Egbuson emphasized the importance of rest and rejuvenation. “The holiday season is a time to reconnect and recharge. I work very hard all year round. So, this is the time to let my hair down and breathe a little,” he explained.
