Tinubu, Sanwoolu, Others Present At Akeredolu Mother’s Burial
The Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, buried his mother, Grace Akeredolu, on Saturday at his hometown in Owo, Ondo state.
Recall that late Mrs Akeredolu died on September 15, 2022 at her residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, aged 90.
She was buried on Saturday after the funeral service held at St. Andrew Anglican Church, Imola, Owo.
The ancient city of Owo was agog with activities as a result of the attendance of dignitaries from all walks of life.
Some of the dignitaries that graced the occasion are the All Progressives Congress Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu; the Ekiti State Governor, Mr Abiodun Oyebamiji; the Minister for State for Science And Technology, Senator Olorunmbe Mamora; and members of the Ondo State House of Assembly led by the speaker, Bamidele Oleyelogun.
Others include former Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, and his wife; Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun; Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun State; former Ondo Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko; Chief Bisi Akande; and Senator Ibikunle Amosun among others.
